Rishi Sunak says migration is too high' after record levels recorded
Rishi Sunak acknowledges that net migration levels in the UK are too high.
There are suggestions that immigration minister Robert Jenrick has proposed a five-point plan to reduce the number of dependents foreign workers can bring with them.
Net migration into the UK reached a record high of 745,000 in the year to December 2022, three times higher than before Brexit. [ more ]
